One sentence in. A finished video out.
The premise is simple and it is the whole product: you should never have to become the machine operator. You describe what you want. The system works out how.
Step one
Say what you want, the way you would say it to a person
"Make me a 30-second ad for my product. Futuristic, premium, a bit mysterious, and I want a big reveal at the start." That is a complete instruction. There is no second, more technical version you are supposed to know.
What happens behind that sentence is that the words are converted into a structured creative specification — emotion, energy arc, material language, lighting, colour, camera, editing rhythm, sound. That specification is what the rest of the pipeline works from, which is why a vague-sounding request still produces a specific result.
Step two
It plans before it spends
A brief, then a concept, then a story, then an actual shot list — what each shot contains, how long it runs, what the camera does, who is in it and what must stay identical to the shot before. You approve a cheap preview before anything expensive renders.
This is the step that most tools skip, and it is why they burn credits. Planning is nearly free; generating is not. Getting the structure right on paper first means the expensive part only ever runs on something that already makes sense.
Step three
It checks its own work, then cuts it together
Every result is graded by a separate critic before you see it — anatomy, text, logos, continuity, brand fit, platform fit. Anything that fails is diagnosed and repaired rather than silently retried. Then it is edited: order, timing, transitions, music, captions.
If one shot is wrong, that shot is repaired. The other nine are not regenerated, the character does not change because the lighting did, and the version you liked three revisions ago is still retrievable exactly as it was.
